SHIPPING WITHIN THE U.S.
madMINDS uses UPS to ship within the United States and Canada.
Ground shipping through UPS is a flat $5 for customers within the continental U.S.
Methods to expedite your order via UPS (Next Day Air, 2-Day, 3-Day Select) are an additional fee.
We will email a UPS tracking number once your order ships.
madMINDS currently does not ship outside of the United States and Canada.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
madMINDS takes all major credit cards (VISA, American Express, Master Card, Discover) and PayPal.
In order to ensure 100% safety with your transaction, all credit card payments are processed through Shopify's secure server using industry-leading encryption to protect the confidentiality of the information you submit.
SALES TAX
We only charge tax if you ship to an address in California.
WARRANTY
madMINDS products purchased directly from the madMINDS online store carry a full 1 year warranty protecting against manufacturer's defects. A proof of purchase is required for warranty service. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or abuse. For any warranty questions or returns please contact us at support@themadminds.com.
This product warranty does NOT cover cosmetic damage. This warranty does NOT cover damage due to: acts of God; accident; misuse; abuse; neglect; modification; improper operation; improper maintenance; lack of maintenance; connection to improper equipment; or repairs conducted by a party other than the madMINDS. This warranty does NOT cover products sold AS IS or WITH FAULTS. madMINDS will not be liable for any direct, incidental, or punitive damages arising from use of this product.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
madMINDS accepts returns of new, unopened & unused merchandise within 30 days from purchase of the item subject to the guidelines listed below:
Please send an email to support@themadminds.com and include your name, order number, and reason for return or exchange. We will provide a return authorization and the return address.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged shipment or manufacturer's defect.
All the original parts and accessories that were shipped must be included in the return in order to receive a full refund or exchange value.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for packages that are damaged or lost before they arrive back to us. Please use shipping grade boxes to properly protect the item and use a shipping method that provides you with a tracking number (such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.).
We will NOT accept any returns or exchanges unless it has a Return Authorization number.
For returns, the same credit card used in your purchase will be credited with the amount of the purchase (minus the shipping charges). Credits may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. For exchanges, madMINDS pays for shipping of the newly exchanged product to you.
